I don't understand the message as i did reach out several times to see if you would make it right, You did not want to make it right. The Palisade Hybrid we wanted or shall I say tried to get. The staff ignored my mom. The whole experience at your dealership was tragic. Not one other Hyundai dealership was as nasty, rude and unprofessional as you. You had several times to address my concerns and chose to ignore them.
