Careless handling of Car Keys My salesman Jeremiah is a fine young man. He was very helpful in my purchasing my car. He did not have a hard sell as I fell in love with the car as My salesman Jeremiah is a fine young man. He was very helpful in my purchasing my car. He did not have a hard sell as I fell in love with the car as soon as I looked at it and drove it. He did everything right and was very helpful with any question I had. I do have one complaint however, and it is not with Jeremiah. When I left with my new car, Jeremiah had not been able to find the second key to my new car. Apparently when cars are driven or moved around the lot, some keys seem to get misplaced. This is careless, disturbing and unacceptable to think that a key to my new $31,000.00 car is lost, misplaced or stolen. Jeremiah told me he might have to have a new key made for me. When I told him this was not what I wanted, he told me he would try to find it for me. When I returned to the dealership to pick up my tags Jeremiah greeted me with my key. No one should have to rummage through an office to find keys that should be kept in a safe place. More
