Dealership Review by Customer Eileen & I were initially impressed that the sales consultant greeted us at the front entry. He requested how he could be of service. With this he asked if we would like to enter the showroom and see several models of the 2016 vehicle we were looking for. He also introduced us the receptionist. He "asked" if we would like to set with him at his work module to discuss our needs and how he could serve us. All elements of the vehicle we desired were discussed. He explained our options vs. costs. He suggested we could take a test drive of a couple of the vehicles we had discussed to help us make our decision. Following our drive he explained in detail "why" Hyundai is an excellent choice. This would be warranties, styles, and costs to purchase and operate. In detail he explained the maintenance plans. He introduced us to his Manager. He even took us to the maintenance garage to see the facility and meet those who would take care of our car. Several times he stated "we want you to be happy with your vehicle". We stated we wanted a day to think about it. He gave us his business card and installed his cell phone on it. Call any time with any questions! The next day we went over all documents and agreed to the purchase. More
