They made the process extremely simple, dropped car off by 7:00 AM placed keys in drop box. Got a text at 7:48 AM stating who my service advisor was for my visit. An hour and a half later I got a notice th by 7:00 AM placed keys in drop box. Got a text at 7:48 AM stating who my service advisor was for my visit. An hour and a half later I got a notice that my technician had completed diagnosis. I received a breakdown of what needed repaired and cost as well as recommendations. Noticed included if I wanted to proceed with repairs or decline. More
