Poor customer service I had spoken with the employee who answered emails regarding inquiries. Set up an appt for an afternoon visit as we were deriving over an hour to vie I had spoken with the employee who answered emails regarding inquiries. Set up an appt for an afternoon visit as we were deriving over an hour to view the vehicle i was interested in. I received a call in the AM to confirm the appt.. When I arrived there were a couple of men standing there waiting. When I showed the m the vehicle I came to see they immediately got "stupid" looking and came back to me and said that vehicle had been sold that morning!! HELLO why didn't you call me? Why didn't you offer to show me another vehicle? Why did you just stand there with like your thumb up your _ _ _? Never again will I go to that dealership since they don't seem to feel a customer's time is of any value!! I immediately went to another dealership where I purchased one of their makes. More
