We have had two cars from this dealership. We bought a new Elantra in 2003 and traded it in for a 2009 Sonata, both from Jim Tambe. He was attentive and non pressuring. Our Sonata needed brake work and we could not raise the almost $6,000 to have it fixed so we surrendered it. Now if we can just find the title after all these years! I have become disabled and need a car with a very large trunk for my oversized seated walker and that is low enough for me to get in and out of. None of the cars fit this. I really liked the Kona but I need to be about 6 inches taller to get in and my walker didn't fit. I will keep looking. There is no need for your sales staff to call all of our family members multiple times a day to remind me to come buy a car. More
