Brought car in for under coating. Was told it would take about an hour. Told they would call when it was done. I called them back 3.5 hrs later. Went back to dealership and had to wait another 1/2 hour, they said car was in detail. Not sure if anything was done! Just gave me the keys, didn't say anything about what was done and sent me on my way! More

Everyone at this dealership was very friendly and attentive when I walked in, which ended up being quite often. My sales person Ed Stebbins was the best. He got me through some steps with ease. He offered to pick me up when it was the day to get my new car if I didnt have an available person to give me a ride. The financial person was also very pleasant to talk to and polite. Staff was pleasant and professional. Vehicle was done when they said it would be. But, the next day I received an email from the dealer saying “sorry that you missed your appointment”. I Vehicle was done when they said it would be. But, the next day I received an email from the dealer saying “sorry that you missed your appointment”. I didn’t. The tech also forgot to reset my service reminder, so I continued to get messages in my vehicle and on my app that indicated service was due. I had to reset the reminder myself. More
