I had an appointment at 10:30 I arrived at 10:20. The appointment for an OIL CHANGE took 3 hours. This is way too long to ask you customers to wait for service. I have had two appointments to service my Santa Fe, both lasted three hours. I don't know if I would consider buying another vehicle from Vision. More
