I was running a few minutes late for my 7:30 appointment so I wanted to call and let them know. I didn’t know I would be getting someone that wasn’t actually at the dealership. They completely messed up my appointment, would not listen to anything I was trying to explain and finally they ended up making me an appointment at the wrong location. I was told I never had a 7:30 appointment, that my vehicle wasn’t in the system and she made me an appointment for 8:30. Thankfully the Canandaigua location was understanding and were kind of enough to still squeeze me in for an oil change. More

The salesperson that I was assigned to was the most unhelpful, uncommunicative, person I have ever dealt with in any automotive (over 20 vehicles) or other sales situation. After my initial purchase, there was no communication - would not answer the phone, or phone messages, emails, or texts from me trying to get the transaction completed and get the vehicle. I had to go to the sales manager to get action. It took a week. Fortunately the sales manager assigned competent people to do the documentation and vehicle review to complete the transaction. I initially said I would never recommend this dealership after the experience, but other personnel's competent assistance changed my view. More
