Had a coupon for $29 oil change was charged 39 + 4. 56. Told kid at counter to leave settings in car as they are now as last 3 visits they were reset. Was there for over 2 hours. They told me they only charged the 12v battery and nothing else. I received and signed no paperwork. After I got home I discovered there was a recall They told me they only charged the 12v battery and nothing else. I received and signed no paperwork. After I got home I discovered there was a recall for this issue of 12v battery not charging . I called to make another appointment to get it done. They called back a little later and said that the recall work was done when I was there earlier. Nothing was mentioned before that Terrible communication from their service reps. More
