Brought car in for under coating. Was told it would take about an hour. Told they would call when it was done. I called them back 3.5 hrs later. Staff was pleasant and professional. Vehicle was done when they said it would be. But, the next day I received an email from the dealer saying “sorry that you missed your appointment”. The tech also forgot to reset my service reminder, so I continued to get messages in my vehicle and on my app that indicated service was due. I had to reset the reminder myself. More
