I expected an interior detail and respray of the stain repellent on the upholstery. They were also supposed to inspect for scratches on the exterior and rust proof the underside of the car. I took an entire day off of work for this and NOTHING was done when I picked my car up. I called immediately and was told someone epically me back. That never happened. I just called again and waited on hold for 27 minutes only to be told that someone will call me back. More
I had a very frustrating experience with this service center. Communication was terrible—I called for days without getting a call back just to find out when I could pick up my car. When I finally did get an update, I was told my car was damaged, and then they tried to place the blame on me. I dropped my car off without any damage, and yet they insisted it was my responsibility. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, and I had to pay for it. I will not be returning here and will not recommend this service center to anyone looking for honest or reliable service.
