People at dealer are great. Horrible experience with answering service based out of state. I was running a few minutes late for my 7:30 appointment so I wanted to call and let Horrible experience with answering service based out of state. I was running a few minutes late for my 7:30 appointment so I wanted to call and let them know. I didn’t know I would be getting someone that wasn’t actually at the dealership. They completely messed up my appointment, would not listen to anything I was trying to explain and finally they ended up making me an appointment at the wrong location. I was told I never had a 7:30 appointment, that my vehicle wasn’t in the system and she made me an appointment for 8:30. Thankfully the Canandaigua location was understanding and were kind of enough to still squeeze me in for an oil change. More
