Vision Hyundai of Canandaigua

I took my car for service oil/inspection/tire rotation. Later i found out nothing was done. I ended up going in to different dealer, after i keep receiving emails from DMV my inspection is pass due , a Later i found out nothing was done. I ended up going in to different dealer, after i keep receiving emails from DMV my inspection is pass due , at the end they have found bulge in my tire (i know exactly when i got it , it was before my appointment with Vision, after :"rotation tires" they did mentioned a word about bulge). While i was sitting at 2nd dealer waiting for service to be complete, i have called Cameron R. Manager to tell how horrible job his crew did, in midst of our conversation, i realized he is not paying attention to what i have to saying, so i hung-up) Next thing i know he Cameron refused to send a tire to a dealer where was bulge found, after my phone call due to my hang up. This is how Vision treats there customers especially when they are at fault, i will never go to ANY vision dealers if its the last dealer in town . I been in customer service for 15 years i have never seen anyone treat there customers like i was treated. UNESCEPTIBLE More

I believe they represent one of the best, if not the best Hyundai service center in the region. The people are personable and don't act like they are trying to squeeze every penny out of you. Seem like good people. The deal was ok, but they didn’t address 3 issues I brought up and were super stiff with the price. But, that’s how it goes sometimes.lol Biggest complaint though, they wouldn’t let me pay on a credit card. I assume because of the 3% fee. In which case they should have knocked off anything over $16,000, cuz their refusal to take my card basically cost me $1100. Oh well I’d buy from there again if they had something I really wanted, and the transaction went very smooth. They even offered my pizza and wings lol More
