We bought this vehicle from you with a guarantee of free oil changes as long as we own the vehicle. Apparently you have decided to change that even though it was grandfathered in. I got in right on time, while there for an oil change the tech noticed there was a recall on the vehicle so he came over to ask if I wanted it done now while it was there.
