My car was scheduled for a recall. They made appointment which was canceled the day before because they didn’t have the part!!!! Hey, I know! Put one on a shelf with my name on it so you don’t inconvenience the customer. We have lives too. Then the next time I came for the same issue I wanted an hour only to be told the new part was faulty so YES - I have to back for the third time. Good thing I love hanging out waiting for my car to be fixed. NOT!!!! The people at the dealership are super nice but somewhere along the line someone needs to get their xxxx together. One more thing- in the first issue I had called and told the service manager would call me back and NEVER DID. More

He was very good at giving me a courteous and professional explanation of the blaring sound that my car was emitting. Even though there was nothing the dealership could do about it, Mark showed me in my car and demonstrated how the battery emits the loud annoying sound when engaged and was a safety feature that was never shown to me by the salesman I bought the car from.
