Staff was friendly and courteous, however they returned our vehicle saying it was repaired only to have the warning lights come back on again before we even got home. Returned to dealership, waiting anoth our vehicle saying it was repaired only to have the warning lights come back on again before we even got home. Returned to dealership, waiting another 2 hours, they said they repaired it again. We left and the warning lights are back on again. More

Very hard to reach by phone and sometimes takes a day or two to get called back if they do. Don’t seem to have good connection with the online scheduling system. Left software update device in my car (took two trips back into dealership from lot to solve beeping), back cover open and tire kit open and apart. Not serious, but makes one wonder how well the service attention to detail is and whether it was done correctly. On a positive note, everyone is pleasant in person and seem to be helpful. Also very annoying to get sales call while I waited asking if I want to sell the car. More
