Was there for over 2 hours. They told me they only charged the 12v battery and nothing else. I received and signed no paperwork. After I got home I discovered there was a recall They told me they only charged the 12v battery and nothing else. I received and signed no paperwork. After I got home I discovered there was a recall for this issue of 12v battery not charging . I called to make another appointment to get it done. They called back a little later and said that the recall work was done when I was there earlier. Nothing was mentioned before that Terrible communication from their service reps. More

Was told she would call me by the end of the day on Monday letting me know if hyundai gave the ok for the mew motor. I didn't hear from her until weds telling me the car was ready to be picked up.
