As stated in my review, my husband went to get an oil change and inspection. He stopped at the dealership-during the technicians lunch break and was asked to come back. He came back about 45 minutes later. He was quoted $80 for an oil change. After waiting for over an hour for the oil change and inspection, someone came over to talk to him about adding 2 different additives to the vehicle. Mind you, my husband's vehicle is just over 1 year old. They wanted to charge $30 for each additive to the oil and fuel. With no explanation as to why this is needed for a year old vehicle. Made my husband wonder if there is something wrong with the engine to need something like this?? When he received the invoice, the total was 137.01! Well over the $80 quoted. The breakdown of the oil change doesn't even add up to $80. Here's the breakdown 69.91+39.99+24.50=134.40! Then on the next page, there is a 6.99 charge for:gloves, eye wear, cleaner, towels, lubricant, parts-safety, gloves(again), eyewear(again), cleaner(again), towels(again), and lubricant(again). I fail to understand why these things aren't built into the price of the oil change? And to be charged for eyewear?? Do your technicians only wear one time use eyewear??? That seems excessive. I'm a dental hygienist and all of our fees have everything I use built into the fee charged. If I had to separate everything I used, it would be more expensive visit! I had my vehicle's oil changed back in July, was not quoted a price, and when I went to the cashier and she told me the fee, I asked her about a price increase and she said yes, went up $20. I paid 96.74 with a breakdown of 25.50+39.99+24.50=89.99, with no charge for the gloves, eyewear, towels, lubricant or cleaner. I did not need an inspection, and there was a "discount" of 24.46 from my husband's bill. My husband will get his next 2 oil changes that are due to him at no charge, then after that we are both going somewhere else that is honest and honors a quoted price for service. And I will not be recommending people go to this dealership for any vehicles. There also was a video sent to my cell phone with just a guy walking around my husband's vehicle stating everything looks good. Were we charged for someone to do that?? Totally unnecessary to make and send to me. As I'm making this a public response, I am not adding my name or contact info for the public to see. You may respond back to this message.
