After having an appointment, my oil change and tire rotation took almost an entire business day. Thankfully I had scheduled it on a day off. My ONLY complaint with this dealership is the fact that you can NEVER get a hold of the service department. The people that answer the phone ,say they will leave a message ,and come to find out ,these o you can NEVER get a hold of the service department. The people that answer the phone ,say they will leave a message ,and come to find out ,these operators are a phone service ,not located at the dealership itself. Soooooo frustrating . My car was there for a week and never once did I get an update. Uuuuggghhhh More

I had an issue with a faulty sensor on the drivers side front of my vehicle. I examined the vehicle with no noticeable damage before I dropped off the vehicle.
