I had an issue with a faulty sensor on the drivers side front of my vehicle. I examined the vehicle with no noticeable damage before I dropped off the vehicle. Had all 4 tires replaced ten days prior and picked up a nail in my new left rear tire. I thought I would need just a plug but the nail went in sideways and the tire needed to be replaced. Service staff replaced with new tire at a minimum charge which was less than the charge would have been for the plug. Also car was ready within a half hour of turning it in to dealership. More

I am extremely disappointed with my scheduled appointment that I had for my car. My appointment time was at 10:00 and I called to see if they knew how long the appointment would be and if they had a loaner c that I had for my car. They said no on a car and that they had no idea how long the appointment would be. I had my daughter follow me to the dealership nap that I wasn’t sitting there being that I live 45 minutes away. We returned to the dealership around 12:30 per my conversation with Brad and said it would be much longer that they were working on the car. I sent my daughter home because it was 12:45 and said it wouldn’t be much longer. I waited about a hour or so to and went in to see how much longer and there was nobody around to ask. Finally the manager came out and me if I needed anything. I told him that I was extremely disappointed on the long wait and that I made a simple scheduled appointment a week ago for a back up sensor. He went to check on the progress with the tech and he came out to talk with me and said that it was going to be another 3 hours because they needed to order the part. This is when I lost it I was extremely frustrated and wasn’t very kind with my words. The manager wanted to give me a loaner at 2!!! I said xxxx no when I have already been here all day and that I would wait the remainder of the time for my car. I don’t believe that your service department thinks that you have all day to sit around for service on your car. I realize that it takes time but all day is Absolutely ridiculous. I vowed never ever to buy from Vision again. Just for the record I have a Kia from your Vision dealership. Unfortunately you will not be getting my service back. More
