My salesperson Molly Falkenstein was wonderful. She was very helpful and was very interested in making sure I was happy with the car. The gentleman trying to sell me the extended warranty could ha She was very helpful and was very interested in making sure I was happy with the car. The gentleman trying to sell me the extended warranty could have done better. He had a large tv screen on his desk for me to sign my documents. I could not even see his face when he was talking and he was directing all his communication to my husband. I was the one purchasing and paying for the vehicle and I found this rather rude. More

Purchasing my 2019 Audi, in 2020 was one of the greatest experiences I’ve had, especially during such a pivotal time in my life. The user experience, when done right, can make all the difference, and Mike t experiences I’ve had, especially during such a pivotal time in my life. I came into this process carrying the weight of life’s ebbs and flows, obstacles, and hurdles that seemed impossible to overcome. I was at a low point—feeling lied to, defeated, and struggling to find my worth after facing so many challenges. I explained my situation to Mike, and he treated me with compassion, understanding, and respect. This car became more than just a vehicle to me. It’s a reminder that, despite how others perceive me or the hardships I face, I am capable. Even when jobs fail me or circumstances knock me down, I can look at my car and say, I earned this. It’s mine, and no one can take that away. Thank you, Mike, for making this moment possible. Though I’m currently unemployed and unsure if I’ll ever be able to make such a big purchase again, I will never forget how seamless, personal, and meaningful this experience was.
