I called at 9:05 AM to see if they had a truck in stock. Danny was awesome. He told me it was there, and to come in as soon as I could get there. I’m very disappointed in Vision Nissan Webster however congratulations to Ricky for not returning. I knew from day one it wasn’t has dream job. Why? He never followed up with me I followed up with him eve congratulations to Ricky for not returning. I knew from day one it wasn’t has dream job. Why? He never followed up with me I followed up with him even after me knowing that he was out with Covid-19. He was also very disorganized so that also give it away. I then followed up with Matt during the time that Nissan was trying to figure out Ricky’s were about. He introduced me to Micheal who was very unprofessional when it comes to speaking to a client. The approach is very important great people Good morning how are you? How May I assist or help you. Listen to the customers needs go above and beyond for them even if the bank says no he can only be approve for this. Why? Because at the end of the day I was being forced into something that didn’t have what I wanted in my next car and it was no different other then the down payment on the car you guys wanted to sell me and the car I would have loved was a higher down payment with still the same type of monthly payment. I was there Monday the lot has been very sad and I know the new stuff has not arrived yet but at least sale it let the people try it warm it up and let them test drive before you even talk credit and money. Because you all failed today I’m driving a much better brand Honda CR-V 2022 with all the features paying less then the $660 way less. Let us review serve you all as a lesson to improve your business and customer service we are purchasing and you have a job to do and a family to take care of so best of luck! More
