Service desk checked me in immediately. Called me when oil change and tire rotation was done. It was a drop off. Took approximately 3 hours which was fine. Cristina is very rude and sarcastic. Every time I call to schedule an appt. she has a sarcastic remark to make. Also Nissan is very expensive, went in to get an oil change, they informed me that I needed to schedule an appt. she has a sarcastic remark to make. Without Vision Nissan's immediate and professional help, I wouldn't be able to pick up my brother and sister-in-law at the Buffalo International airport ON TIME.
