I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and they found a control bar and serpentine belt that were in bad shape and pointed them out so I could have them fixed before I had a major problem driving d found a control bar and serpentine belt that were in bad shape and pointed them out so I could have them fixed before I had a major problem driving down the road and they got me in and out of there relatively quickly considering they were not planning to have to do that. They also helped me out with interest free financing for 12 months on my repairs which was greatly appreciated. More

Brought my car in for my quarterly oil change . Was called and told that I need to replace my tie rods right away . I was quoted a outrageous price. over $ 500.00 a side Went to my mechanic and wor called and told that I need to replace my tie rods right away . I feel like the service dept was trying to take advantage of me. this is not the first time i have issue with the service dept. Brought in a key fob and asked them to look at it. all they did was changed the battery. I paid for the repair and the key fob still doesn't work. More
