I have never had a problem getting an appointment and customer service is always good. Typically I am very happy with the service I receive on my car. Usually, the Service Department is thorough and adheres to a schedule so that I am in an out of the facility within 60 to 75 minutes for an o my car. However, on my last visit I was asked to "drop-off only". I knew in the Covid Era that I would be leaving to building. My problem is that that I was given loosely defined time frame to drop off at 1pm and car service would be complete by 5pm when I scheduled the work. I called back the next day and asked if a more specific window of time could be defined since this is routine service and I was told "no". If I had been advised of a specific time frame, I would have dropped the car off, left the building and killed some time in the neighborhood for 1.5 hours then picked up my car. Instead, with no definition as to when my car was actually scheduled to be worked upon I walked approximately 4 miles home to the Village of Webster. I feel like an accurate time frame of when my car was being serviced could have avoided this major inconvenience. Thankfully, the sun was shining and I could enjoy the walk. More

If you have a problem with your vehicle, you have the right to return it and be reimbursed. Don't let them fool you. They will NOT perform warranty repairs. Liars and theives!!!
