Andrew called me often to provide me with order/production/shipping updates. The day I picked up the car, Andrew walk me through each step of the process (including a trade-in), putting the financing in place (John S. the Finance Director was fantastic too!), and providing a hands-on/in-depth tutorial in the new car as it has quite a lot of bells and whistles. Andrew is relocating down to a San Diego Ford dealership, however, he vouches for the entire team at Vista Ford and they definitely have a customer for life in me.
