Danny was not available the day I brought my car in for service. I believe the service rep. name was Mr. Oliveria. He listened to my concern with my tire on a 6 month 2023 E- Class. My second service with Viti, this time being a slight "accident"mishap in a parking lot causing damage to the side mirror and door panel. Can't even begin to state how AMAZING Ray and the entire crew was "accident"mishap in a parking lot causing damage to the side mirror and door panel. Can't even begin to state how AMAZING Ray and the entire crew was in fixing my vehicle. From the fast pickup (and loaner drop off) to the repair itself. Special shout out to the body shop crew who were remarkably skilled in buffing out the paint "scrapes" on the door panel--it looks like it never happened. Fast turnaround. Amazing repair work and all at a very fair price. This is a remarkable dealership--their service team is incredible. I cannot recommend Viti MB more highly! More
