I would not recommend anyone to use the Viti Mercrdes Benz dealership. My aunt and I planned to purchase a car so we went to the dealership, test drove a car and put a significant down payment down on th Benz dealership. We filled out the paperwork for the car we wanted but the dealership did not tell us that there was a chance that the car would not be available due to supply chain problems. They were dishonest to me and did not share this information which led me buy a product that they knew they could not deliver-this is false advertisement. We were later told that car we wanted would not be available with the options we wanted. Chanthy-The salesman was very disrespectful and impatient and did not show any professionalism. He insulted me by telling me that I should be aware of supply chain problems by watching the news. Changes in inventory can occur but I was very disappointed in how they spoke to me and their poor explanation to me. My deposit was mailed back to me but the envelope was not even sealed possibly causing the check to get lost. More
