My car died on the side of the road, 2 1/2 hours from my home. After AAA towed me and my car to the Viti Volvo dealership, Greg took over and made what could have been a disastrous situation into one I will remember happily. Within five minutes of arriving, Greg was on the phone looking for a hotel for me to stay in and then when that proved to be rather expensive, a rental car for me to drive to a relatives house an hour away. With all that failing, due to graduation weekend in Newport area, he made a call to a sister dealership who were able to find me a loaner, free of charge! My car was ready by the end of the next day. Kudos to Greg and his staff of technicians for the best service experience I have ever had! Wish I lived nearby! More
