Purchased a 2022 Honda for $34K. Drove it 5 days, returned it to cancel the contract and to buy another car. VIVA claimed NM allows a 30% reduction in value for trade-ins. So, management of VIVA Dodge took advantage of that ruling and retained about $8k from the Honda trade-in. A reasonable trade-in allowance would be maybe $33k. More

Had my Jeep towed in after hours to Viva an although they were closed I was greeted by the manager. He helped me out and took my key.
