Aweful I took in my perfectly functioning FIAT on a Saturday for a safety recall announced by the factory regarding the clutch. It took them 4 to completely screw up my car. The clutch pedal felt really weird from the beginning. On my way back home (a 2 hr drive), the ESC light came on. I called them to let them know and they said that the workshop was closed and the service manager told me to schedule an appointment another day that week, he also said that it was safe to drive home. Well, during that ride back, the clutch became harder and harder until it completely failed. I couldn't put it in gear. When I pressed the clutch pedal it would stay stuck down, I would have to flip it up with my foot. It resulted that the car broke down after a catastrophic failure of the clutch and the vehicle left me stranded on the highway. I had to push it off the road and get it towed to my home at my expense because FIAT only towes for less than 50 miles. I called Lithia office and spoke to a guy named Ray who told me that from Monday through Friday there was their "real" mechanic while on Saturdays there was the "junior" mechanic. When the car got towed back to them 2 days later it sat in their parking lot with no ticket and it took another two weeks for them to repair it. In the meantime we asked for a loaner but they said they didn't have one. I called a number of times, not once did I get a professional answer or even a truthful reply. They said that the only thing wrong with the car was a faulty light on the dash.They never took responsibility for their mistake or in any way try to make it right. And now that I got my car back from them I don't trust it anymore. I will never use Lithia Dodge Dealership mechanics or service center. They are unprofessional. They don't stick to the times they state, seem unsure on how to fix FIATS, have an attitude when dealing with customers and generally don't seem to care. More
Bad experience. Poor service and car was messed up Had to go there for a recall on my car to have it fixed. First their service shuttle didn't show up when i asked for pick up. Waited 2hours for nothing, had to asked my wife to bring me to the shop. So my wife dropped me off, went in my car, first thing i noticed is they put 4 miles on my car. To think it was an alternator recall and it didn't need to test drive it. Then i turned on the airconditioning. There was no air coming out of the vent. I tried turning off the car, and waited for couple of minutes. I turned the engine on again and the airconditioning. This time there's air coming out. However, the heater is not working on the driver side. Didn't have any issues with my car since i got it from a different dealership prior to my first time visit at lithia dodge. I drove back to Lithia Dodge and the service manager was telling me that they didnmt do nothing wrong. Please don't buy nor bring your car for service here! More

It's didn't have a leak when I took it there. They said it had a exhaust leak (manifold)before hand,nothing in writing stating it had. They let it go out there door A CLEAR SAFETY HAZARD They caused leak during recall. I'm not a liar as they implied. More

Can't say enough good things. I have been bringing my car to Lithia Dodge for a while. Today, however, I had my 12 pm scheduled appointment for an oil change. I gave up my lunch break to fit in my oil change because I am ridiculously busy! I check in 10 minutes early, 12:25, 35 minutes of waiting, I am informed that my truck is just getting started on and it will be 20 minutes. I told them to bring it down because I had no more time left. Why make appointments if it's not going to get done in a timely matter anyway? They said,"Sorry we seemed to have double-booked and "so and so" left to lunch without telling anyone." This just made me more upset and so pissed. This is absolutely ridiculous from this company. I will be looking else where to get my oil changed, but doubt I'll find a place that will document my oil changes through Dodge. If I did my job like they are doing theirs, their children would not get an education! GET A CLUE!!! Such a waste of my time with this place. More
