Friendly customer service. Had a lot of variety in the vehicles. But it did take a while to get everything settled, about 8 hours Had a lot of variety in the vehicles. But it did take a while to get everything settled, about 8 hours More

They were SO helpful, from beginning to end, explaining all process, providing a loaner car, and ultimately fixing my engine problem —ALL while being friendly in the process. I had taken my car for the EXA all process, providing a loaner car, and ultimately fixing my engine problem —ALL while being friendly in the process. I had taken my car for the EXACT same problem to the east side Kia dealership and it was a horrible experience. Viva has earned a new customer, no doubt! Forever grateful. BIG thanks to Juan, my service writer and to John the service manager for being everything the other dealership was not. You guys ROCK! More
