My only concern is that my car was with Kia for over a week and I had no transportation and thought Angie from service dept. was very professional. The maintenance manager got us set up with our Oil change quickly and as organized as he could be. John also went out of the way to arrange us a lyft ride back home so we did not have to wait that long at th quickly and as organized as he could be. The only person who was kind and helpful was the advisor Jesse. No one else seemed to want to work there, everyone was rude, the manager didn’t seem to care what was going on, and no one knew how to use the Jesse.
