Broke my water pump while replacing my engine harness. Replaced the ppump which I paid additional for. The pump they replaced the pump they broke with, failed in 1 yr and 11months. They broke my working pump 1 yr and 11 months earlier and had to replace the (probably reman) pump they installed with a new one, cost $2300. No concession, no real discount, even though service writer Alex did what he could. No slight on Alex but after 6 yrs of faithful trust, I'm done with Brandon VW, I'll go to Kuhn near my job instead.
