Went in for an oil change, had an appointment at 8:30 am. My car was not ready until 5:30 pm. I feel as though if I said that I was waiting at the service center instead of getting picked up my car would hav My car was not ready until 5:30 pm. Carlos is a great communicator and I knew exactly what was being done to my Atlas. I wasn’t able to get to the dealer before closing time to pick it up. He still made sure my car was pollen free the next was being done to my Atlas. I wasn’t able to get to the dealer before closing time to pick it up.
