Went in for an pild change, tire rotation and software update on the radio. Had a scheduled appointment and still waited for over 3 hours for it to be finished. I can understand an update may take a littl update on the radio. Had a scheduled appointment and still waited for over 3 hours for it to be finished. I can understand an update may take a little bit depending on size. An oil change and rotation should take less than 45 min. If the oil change hadn't been free, I would have gone elsewhere. More
