I took my 2014 TDI Jeta Volkswagen in because of a lack of power, they checked it out said the turbo was bad, replaced it under the diesel warranty at no cost to me. My transaction with Dealer was to complete purchase of my two leased vehicles that were nearing the lease expiration. Financial terms were quickly obtained and there were no surprises going forward. I was two leased vehicles that were nearing the lease expiration. Financial terms were quickly obtained and there were no surprises going forward. I was recovering from serious surgery and needed to remain safe from outside contact. Thus most of the details were via email or text and final paperwork completed at my home. The dealership provided a valet to help with delivering cars (with my wife’s help) to and from dealership for inspection and then back to home with paperwork, etc. The sales rep (Ryan Christian) was great and always responsive. Given what we wanted to accomplish and the complication with needing to do this remotely - I could not be more pleased. More
