The service advisor was unprofessional to say the least. They supposedly did an oil change and after inspection of the oil it was black! They did put a new filter on but oil was black not amber like it shou They supposedly did an oil change and after inspection of the oil it was black! They did put a new filter on but oil was black not amber like it should be. Had an oil leak in one of the spark plug tubes where they did a top end reseal wasn't leaking in spark plug tube before. They failed to find bad rear bushings, They failed to seal top end now car is at a different dealer getting a new engine due to engine consuming oil internally not because of external leaks they told us it needed top end reseal and timing covers resealed they misdiagnosed issue due towork they did thankfully I have an extended warranty and they are covering the cost of new motor. Little did they know I am a certified professional mechanic the work they did was under warranty I was very disappointed. Hope this helps so far very happy with a guy named John at Kuhn VW. More

This guy TOPS the list of the most rude car salesman that I have ever had to deal with. Me and my wife went into their dealership today to put a deposit down on a 2022 VW Golf R that is on its way to the dea I have ever had to deal with. When I let the manager know that I wanted to pay cash for the car he said that he wouldn’t except that and that I had to finance or pay a “ bump “ on the price. A “ bump “ means what they charge the customer OVER MSRP for the vehicle. So I was put in a position to where I either pay $2,500.00 extra ON TOP of the MSRP of the car or he wouldn’t let me buy it outright. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! They are xxxx. More
