Could not get a response for 3 days when trying to make an appointment. Then service tech Seth gave me a hard time about his scope of work and spoke to me with an arrogant tone trying to explain things to an appointment. Then service tech Seth gave me a hard time about his scope of work and spoke to me with an arrogant tone trying to explain things to me like I was trying to commit insurance fraud. Even tried telling my insurance adjuster that the car was a total loss even though all he was asked to do was reprogram a warning light on the dash. Very unprofessional and no customer care whatsoever. I’ll drive an extra 50 miles to go to another VW service center before EVER going back to Brandon VW. I would have awarded zero stars if the app would let me. More

Went to get my Atlas fixed.
