Went to get my Atlas fixed. They needed to order a part: they scheduled me to come back because they “had all the parts” (you can see where this is going)… spent over an hour there before they made up a rea they scheduled me to come back because they “had all the parts” (you can see where this is going)… spent over an hour there before they made up a reason why they didn’t have the part and I should be happy because I didn’t have to stay as long. This dealer was great with me as I walked in the door. They immediately had me test drive the vehicle I was interested in. Thereafter the paperwork and interest rate was as promised.
