Carlos, my service advisor, was awesome! Although he had bad news to share about our 2015 Tiguan, he honored a VW coupon which gave us a break on the diagnostic fee. A month with my car in the shop would normally seem unexcusable. However, my service guy, Mike, did well to keep me informed on progress (getting parts had been slowed) and he got me a loaner car to dr unexcusable.
