In the past, I have been satisfied with service. This time (7/27/21), not so much. Arrived with two problems: (1) Error Airbag warning on instrument panel, and (2) A/C not putting out enough cold air. Se time (7/27/21), not so much. Arrived with two problems: (1) Error Airbag warning on instrument panel, and (2) A/C not putting out enough cold air. Service folks could not find an A/C leak, but added some refrigerant and a dye. A/C performance was improved, but if the dye shows a leak, that means another trip and long wait for me, and the Customer Lounge is COLD! Turn down your A/C, Brandon VW! As for the Error Airbag warning, I was told not to put anything -- even a beverage bottle -- on the passenger seat. Well, aside from being ridiculous and counter to past experience, that warning message remains on the instrument panel even when the passenger seat is empty. Phooey! More

The best service department!! I came in because my battery died. Battery was replaced under the warranty and at the same time, they took care of a headlight recall. I completely forgot to mention th battery died. Battery was replaced under the warranty and at the same time, they took care of a headlight recall. I completely forgot to mention that the rear AC control had become dislodged from the center console. They ran it back to service and broght it back almost immediately back completely fixed!! Seth, my service advisor, was AWESOME!!! More
We had water in the rear footwell of our new Golf Sportwagen. This is a well known problem with the speaker seals in the rear doors, but the service advisor blamed us for not cleaning the sunroof dr Sportwagen. Thankfully the technician that actually did the work was able to diagnose the problem and did find the damaged speaker seal. More

Too many visits for the same issue! I feel as I was charged for them to trial & error my car twice even after they had my car 11 days without giving me a loaner.
