It is the companies responsibility to review their employees performance and not the customer. There are many ways of doing such things that better suited for the task. Nevertheless, the performance of maintenance department has been lacking. Last year and to date; I got an oil change; the oil was overfilled beyond capacity; the dipstick was left out; the alternator was damaged; items were incorrectly invoiced; the engine was not cleaned.
