I’ve NEVER Had A Problem Until Now. At 50 K Miles They Were Suppose To Change Quite A Bit Of Things While It Was Still Under Warranty , Welp They Didn’t. They Waited Until Warranty Was Expired Then Said E Were Suppose To Change Quite A Bit Of Things While It Was Still Under Warranty , Welp They Didn’t. They Waited Until Warranty Was Expired Then Said EVERYTHING Had To Be Changed Then. So I Said Okay , Well Yall Didn’t Tell Me That. Their Response Was Sorry But Now Cars Not Under warranty So You Have To Pay $3091. Then When I Asked To Talk To Management Because That Was Bullxxxxt. Was Told Well Ww Traded Management In November. So It Won’t Do NO Good. I’m A Single Mother Of 2 Adopted Daughters. Got Laid Off Living Off Unemployment. So I Explained This Wasnt My Fault , I Wasn’t Informed. & Basically Got Casted to The Side. & Said If I Don’t Pay They Can’t Give Me My Car. My ONLY Tranportation For My Children. So Believe Me When I Say , I LOVE VW. But I Will NOT Recommend Them To Anyone. After My Car Is Paid Off I Will NOT Purchase From Them Again. & I Will Tell Everyone I Know Not To Purchase because They Find A way To xxxx You Over. & Don’t Care. More

Took my Beetle turbo in for regular maintenance recently. They said they couldn't find my appointment or that it wasn't documented properly even though there was no excuse because I made the appointment on t They said they couldn't find my appointment or that it wasn't documented properly even though there was no excuse because I made the appointment on their website, so there should be no error. That all being said, working with Carlos is always fantastic. His customer service is a cut above anyone else's. Also, their technician sent me a video documenting my vehicle's condition and the work being performed on the vehicle which I thought was outstanding. So all in all, a minor miscommunication isn't worth subtracting a star since my vehicle was still processed immediately and I received excellent customer service. More
