The personnel and staff that I communicated were very professional and courteous. I am not a fan of these surveys being forced and it is not a good predictor of good performance. I am very reluctant to participated in such examinations and appears the company does not value their employees. It is the companies responsibility to review their employees performance and not the customer. There are many ways of doing such things that better suited for the task. Nevertheless, the performance of maintenance department has been lacking. Last year and to date; I got an oil change; the oil was overfilled beyond capacity; the dipstick was left out; the alternator was damaged; items were incorrectly invoiced; the engine was not cleaned. Likewise, Brandon Volkswagen is staffed with terrific folks who do their very best to explain the entire car buying process and make the process as easy and the customer comfortable. This is my third purchase from the dealership and it was my best experience. I'm sure it helps too that they sell a great product at a great price as compared to other quality brands. The cars are loaded with new technology so anyone who has not looked at a Volkswagen lately should check them out again. More
