The wait was extremely long considering I had a schedule appointment. I was charged for the tire rotation, which I find silly due to the fact my car was purchased with you all and the maintenance plan is pa appointment. The whole buying process was a mess finance department was especially horrible. To much to type as I could keep going on and on with experience we had but it to much to type. Took almost 3 hours to get my vehicle after being told it will take about less than 2 hours. The best advice that I can give is to consistently use the same service writer. Establish a relationship and they will most likely look out for your best interest. These folks often work on commission and the same service writer. Establish a relationship and they will most likely look out for your best interest. These folks often work on commission and if you use the same one time and again, two things can happen...they'll see you and know that they have a sale, and they also know that if you are not treated right, then you just might start using another Service Writer. Having said that, I have never been disappointed by using the same writer. My only regret is when they move on to greener pastures. More
