I would say this is the worst experience I have ever had in buying a car. It started from when we first arrived on the lot. No one greeted us, ok, so we went inside and stood these while the employees at in buying a car. It started from when we first arrived on the lot. The overall process was disorganized and very frustrating. It seemed that the employees seemed move interested in chatting among themselves than dealing with customers. Additionally, I had asked about an owner's manual for my car, first it was yes, we have it, then it was, we need to find it. I sent 3 e-mails to our sales associate and have been ghosted. I just want to know if you have it or not. I can buy one easier. I am not sure I would ever purchase another vehicle from Brandon VW, nor do I think in clear conscience I would recommend it to any of my peers. More
