I have previously purchased for vehicles from this dealership. Every time I go in it is a completely new staff which is concerning. I bought a vehicle, I put down $10,000, only to find out that the ve dealership. Every time I go in it is a completely new staff which is concerning. I bought a vehicle, I put down $10,000, only to find out that the vehicle only had one key fob. One would think that your service team would had ordered another key fob for the vehicle. Also, the ad on Facebook stated this vehicle isn't all-wheel-drive, but the paperwork states it is a rear wheel drive. Please put your senior leadership heads together so that mistakes like this don't happen again. More
