Johnny G was very courteous and was up front with the quote on the work I needed done on my EOS. He keep me informed throughout the process via text and let me know what needed to be done. Chris (sales) was attentive and responsive. Didn't over-promise and was not overbearing through out the process. He made himself available. We left one evening being very much under the impression that our all cash deal option had been communicated by the salesman and the number presented by Al was the agreed upon. The next day, we were told that was no longer an option. It was only after we made the deal for a bottom line number, Al came back and said otherwise. He made it feel like it was our responsibility to know what he was talking about. More
